General Management of Asahi reputation, business and brands in defined international geographies by developing a long term, sustainable and profitably growing business for Asahi via a variety of personal contributions and interventions:

• To actively seek new distribution and long term alliances with customers and implement policies and structures with them (presentations, negotiations, value chain, revenue management, reporting)
• To adhere to a pro-active sales approach, focusing on maximizing revenues &profits and monitoring costs
• To constantly forecast, monitor and evaluate plans and sales performances of the business
• To deliver best-in-class distributor management

Operating environment

• Pro-active interaction with international partners across cultures and languages in person, verbally and/or in writing
• Two international languages required to an excellent level verbally and in writing (one of them has to be English).

Ideal candidate has

• University degree required; preferably MBA or international marketing/trade
• 5+ years within international FMCG within sales or trade marketing
• Higher seniority commercial management position(s) achieved (min 3 years)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of relevant second language
